Looking for Creative Business Development and Communication Volunteers!
Are you ready to spend one day of your precious time to help VZW De Haven build a realistic plan for business development and new revenue models?
Vzw De Haven aims to support young and single mothers in Brussels when they are confronted with being evicted from their house. By accompanying them temporarily or on the long term, according to their needs and their own abilities, De Haven offers them the means to become the director of their own life again. Under the motto "You can do it yourself", the De Haven wants to accompany the mother as well as the child(ren) financially, psychologically, organisational, and socially-economically.
In order to expand vzw De Haven and to make sure they have enough financial means to execute their operations in a sustainable way, they are making use of the traditional resources, such as subsidies, support of Koning Boudewijnstichting, welfare care, etc...
Next to these traditional resources it's important to find new, creative and sustainable revenue models in order to guarantee the operations of the organisation on the longer term.
In order to find these new revenue models, vzw De Haven wants to partner with Tubata to develop new business ideas. Therefore Tubata is looking for creative Business and Strategy developers with a feeling for sales and communication and that are willing to give one day of their time to develop sustainable business models for "De Haven".
Are you ready to, during one day, work with other volunteers, generate new business ideas and make them concrete by developing new revenue models? Then you are the expert we are looking for!

Testimony - Tom participated in the Sprint Session for HEP
Horizontal Ethical Projects, in short HEP vzw, was in need for a reorientation. In order to achieve this, they asked Tubata to organise a Sprint Session. It was a fascinating day.
